Class name: Restorative Flow and Self-care Practices with Liz Live Streaming: 60 minutesMondays: 1:30pm - 2:30pm -- Mountain TimeExperience deep relaxation and rejuvenation through a remembrance of your own lungs, heart, and Hara. This class focuses on gentle movement, supported poses and self-care practices to promote physical pain release, core strength, and inner peace. We will unwind, restore, and find our grounding through the healing benefits of mindful breath work, soothing postures, self-massage, and guided visualization. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a tranquil escape to nurture body, mind, and spirit.
Benefits:
increase lung capacity, heart and core strength;
address physical pain in body and learn strategies to release;
move lymph through drainage pathways;
enhance physical and subtle body energy flow;
improve general flexibility.

After School Special: Remembering the Body
Class name: Feminine Embodiment Practices with Liz Live Streaming: 60 minutesMondays: 3:45pm - 4:45pm -- Mountain TimeEmbark upon a journey home to your own body through sound and feminine movement. This class, thoughtfully crafted for individuals identifying with the feminine aspect, combines artistic dance and floor exercises with emotionally evocative music to encourage a personal experience in one's own body. We will fortify the boundaries of the sovran self with awareness of the personal auric energy field of ourselves and others. This is an all-body-types positive environment; supportive and inclusive; promoting self-expression and confidence.
Benefits:
increase lung capacity and heart strength with 20 minutes of low-impact aerobic exercise or chair cardio -- your choice.
stretch, tone and strengthen key muscle groups: abs, arms, thighs, calves, and booty.
experience emotional catharsis through the use of music, playing within the pathways of the subtle body system to release stress and find grounding.
enhance physical and subtle body energy flow;
improve general flexibility.
For this class Liz draws upon her studies in Deep Yoga, Art History and ancient spiritual practices as well as the work of many G.O.A.T. s such as Anna Halprin, Nona Fender, and the Benders, Sheila Kelley, Eartha Kitt, and Carol Burnett. We'll dance to playlists featuring Nick Drake, Billie Holiday, Jimmy Hendrix, Anna Nalik, If you don't know who they are, g.t.s. and let's have some fun!

Improvisational Dance with LizLive Streaming: 60 minutesWednesdays: 9:30pm - 10:30pm -- Mountain Time Unwind from the night and find your inner swing. This class, especially tailored for individuals seeking sanity and escape, really swings. We will call upon the Jazz G.O.A.T.s to guide us back to center and help us to remember who we are. We will fortify the boundaries of the sovran self with awareness of the personal auric energy field of ourselves and others. This is an all-gender-affirming and all-body-types positive environment; supportive, inclusive; promoting self-expression and confidence.

increase lung capacity and heart strength with easy dancing in socks or barefeet;
loosen joints and find that flowing breath;
